Indigenous youth may explore the following in their sessions:
Individual sessions conducted online, provided by Indigenous and allied mental health professionals. This includes registered social workers and qualifying counselors.
Our counseling approach is informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Practices, and Indigenous healing modalities, ensuring a holistic and sensitive treatment plan.

An online group to learn mental health skills groups specifically designed to support Indigenous youth. Our mission is to empower Indigenous youth with the knowledge and resources they need to build their emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. We provide safe spaces, therapeutic activities, and culturally responsive guidance to help young people find hope and healing. We strive to create a supportive community so that our members can break free from cycles of trauma, oppression, and self-doubt. If you're ready to discuss your needs and start the process, our online booking system enables you to immediately schedule your intake consultation call. This direct approach is ideal if you prefer to quickly initiate your mental health journey.
This option is best suited for those who feel prepared to talk about their situation and goals right away. It offers immediacy and can expedite the process of matching you with a suitable mental health professional or mentor.
In-Depth Consultation
During the call, we'll delve into your specific mental health goals and needs. This conversation is essential for tailoring our services to offer the most effective support for you.
The direct scheduling of the intake call allows for a more immediate and personalized discussion, facilitating a quicker start to your mental wellness journey.

If you prefer to complete your intake over the phone, we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.

During this call, we’ll assist you in completing your intake form and match you with one of our Mental Health Counselors who best fits your needs. This personalized approach ensures you receive the most effective support tailored to your situation.
Complete an In-Person Intake
For those who prefer an in-person experience, we welcome you to complete your intake at our office located at
664 Bloor St W #201, Toronto, ON.
Drop by during our dedicated intake hours from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM every Thursday, starting September 26th, 2024. One of our staff members will be there to guide you through the intake process, helping you complete your intake form and book an appointment with one of our Mental Health Counselors.
This face-to-face approach allows us to offer personalized support in a comfortable and welcoming environment, ensuring you’re matched with the right counsellor to meet your needs.
Regardless of the option you choose, the intake meeting is a vital step in your journey with us. It allows us to gain a deeper understanding of your unique situation and tailor our services to meet your specific needs. Following this meeting, we'll match you with either a mental health counsellor or a peer mentor, depending on what best suits your situation.
