Finding Our Power Together is committed to promoting mental health and suicide awareness across Turtle Island; whether that be working with youth directly, their families, their communities, or non-Indigenous practitioners serving Indigenous populations. We are happy to work with you in your journey to promote life in
We offer various services including crisis support, community care, consultations, and training.
As a result of intergenerational trauma and community stressors, children and youth in First Nations are at higher risk for mental health concerns. With the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, youth isolation (e.g. school closures), community isolation (e.g. cancelled gatherings), non-collaborative agency involvement are additional factors.
We offer immediate support and resources to Indigenous communities that address both individual and collective needs during these times.
