Gabby, Guatemalan raised in Ontario, has spent her career supporting and empowering neurodivergent youth and adults with disabilities. She brings experience from her previous roles, where she facilitated programming designed to meet the unique needs of these communities.
Gabby holds an undergraduate degree in criminology and is set to complete her degree in child and youth care in the fall. Her practice is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care and anti-oppressive methodologies, always prioritizing a youth-centered approach. She places a high value on cultural wellness, relational practice, strengths-based approaches and creating a trusting and inclusive therapeutic environment.
Her commitment to learning and personal growth fuels her passion for this field. Gabby is dedicated to building meaningful connections and fostering a sense of belonging and safety for all individuals she works with.
