For this activity, write two things you love about yourself. This can be about any realm of your life or any level of your being (i.e., your mind, heart, spirit, etc.). Once you have done that, add two more things that other people have told you they love, appreciate, or like about you. After having written four things about yourself, think of two ways that you are hard on yourself and ask yourself: could I be kinder to myself about these things? Think and write about two statements you would say to a friend who was saying negative things about themselves. At the bottom of your list, write: "I am the most beautiful being the Creator could think to create." At the end of this activity, you will have seven affirmations. Practice saying these seven affirmations to yourself daily.
